Thawing Instructions: Always leave Turkey in sealed plastic bag during thawing. DO NOT THAW at room temperature.

-Method 1: Thaw for 72 Hours in the refrigerator and cook according to reheating instructions. Once thawed, the turkey must be consumed in 3 days.

-Method 2: Fill a container of water with COLD (below 70˚F) running water (faucet should be fully turned on and not trickling out) and thaw completely. Ensure the turkey is completely submerged and under running water for the entire thawing process. Note: Do not allow any portion of the turkey to rise above 40˚F when thawing

Reheating Instructions:
-Preheat conventional oven to 375˚F. Remove all packaging, reserving juices.
-Place Turkey on a rack in a large roasting pan and pour juices into pan. Cover with aluminum foil, forming a tight seal around the edges of the pan.
-Reheat on lower rack in oven for 1 ½ hours.
-Remove foil and cook for 30 minutes uncovered AND until internal temperature reaches 140˚F as measured by a meat thermometer inserted into the deepest part of the breast meat (not touching the bone) and at several points around the exterior of the Turkey.
-Let stand for 20 minutes before carving. Save pan drippings for gravy if desired. Be sure to consume any leftover Turkey within 3 days of thawing and cooking.

Ingredients: 3 Tablespooons Flour, 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, 1 cup Turkey Pan Drippings, 1 Cup Water

Directions: In a 2-quart saucepan, mix together the our, pepper and 3 Tbsp drippings to make a paste. Turn stovetop temperature tomedium-high, and gradually whisk in the remaining liquids to form a smooth gravy. Continue whisking briskly until mixture comes to a full boil and thickens. Boil 4-5 minutes. Serve with turkey. Makes 2 cups of gravy. Double recipe for 4 cups of gravy.

Popeyes will ship orders Monday - Thursday of each week. From the time of purchase, items will be packaged and shipped with most orders arriving in 1 - 3 business days. If the Cajun-Style Turkey is ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, items will be packaged and shipped on Monday. Exact delivery timelines are location and day of week dependent. Each Guest will receive shipping updates and tracking numbers upon fulfillment of an order.

No, we do not have this capability at this time. Please see shipping schedule in Q&A 5. If you would like to order your Turkey for Thansksgiving day, we recommend ordering the week of November 13th.

Your turkey should arrive frozen solid. If your turkey does not arrive fully frozen, please check the temperature of the turkey. If the temperature is above 1C/34F in any area of the product or if there are signs of temperature abuse such as excessive ice crystals, liquid within the package, or any off colors or odors, please contact https://www.popeyes.com/support with evidence attached. We will work with you to ship you a new turkey free of charge!

You can request a cancellation of your turkey order before the distribution center has begun packaging the order. Please submit a request through https://www.popeyes.com/support to begin the cancellation process. While we will do everything possible, we can not guarantee that your order will be eligible for a cancellation.

Sales tax is included in the $99.00 price point. However, four states have possible exceptions: Louisianna, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee. If you are planning to have your turkey shipped to one of these states and have questions on sales tax, https://www.popeyes.com/support

You will receive a confirmation email after ordering the turkey. The email will contain the link to track your turkey. If you have an issue with tracking, please contact https://www.popeyes.com/support

Yes, our Cajun-Style Turkey is the perfect item to donate or give to friends. The Cajun-Style Turkeys are individually packaged so they are easier to give away.

Please store your turkey in the freezer until 3 days before cooking. 3 days before, please move the turkey to the refridgerator to thaw.

You do not have to be home when your turkey is delivered nor is a signature required. If you desire a signature or require a certain date for delivery, please contact the shipping partner on your email confirmation.
