Thawing Instructions: Always leave Turkey in sealed plastic bag during thawing. If you receive the Turkey completely thawed or above 40 degrees Fahrenheit, please discard and contact us at: https://www.popeyes.com/support.
DO NOT THAW at room temperature.
-Method 1: Thaw for 72 Hours in the refrigerator and cook according to reheating instructions.
-Method 2: Thaw for 10-12 hours submerged in cold water (changing water every 30 minutes). Once thawed using this method, cook immediately according to reheating instructions. Please note, product cannot be refrozen until cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 140˚F.
Reheating Instructions:
-Preheat conventional oven to 375˚F. Remove all packaging, reserving juices.
-Place Turkey on a rack in a large roasting pan and pour juices into pan. Cover with aluminum foil, forming a tight seal around the edges of the pan.
-Reheat on lower rack in oven for 1 ½ hours.
-Remove foil and cook for 30 minutes uncovered AND until internal temperature reaches 150˚F as measured by a meat thermometer inserted into the deepest part of the breast meat (not touching the bone).
-Let stand for 20 minutes before carving. Save pan drippings for gravy if desired.
Ingredients: 3 Tablespooons Flour, 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, 1 cup Turkey Pan Drippings, 1 Cup Water
Directions: In a 2-quart saucepan, mix together the flour, pepper and 3 Tbsp drippings to make a paste. Turn stovetop temperature to
medium-high, and gradually whisk in the remaining liquids to form a smooth gravy. Continue whisking briskly until mixture comes to a full boil and thickens. Boil 4-5 minutes. Serve with turkey. Makes 2 cups of gravy. Double recipe for 4 cups of gravy.

Our logistics partner will ship orders Monday-Friday of each week. The Cajun-Style Turkey will take approximately 1-3 business days to get to you once shipped. Any orders placed after 10 AM in the time zone for the distribution center closest to you will be packaged and shipped the following business day. For example, any orders placed on Friday, after 10 AM in the time zone for the distribution center closest to you through Sunday, will be packaged and shipped on Monday and will arrive approximately 1-3 business days following shipment. Exact delivery timelines are dependent upon delivery location and when orders are placed and received. Each Guest will receive shipping updates and tracking numbers upon fulfillment of an order.
